By engaging in our video marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. *Deposit Requirement*: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required prior to the commencement of any video marketing project. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to your campaign.
2. *Project Initiation*: The project will officially commence upon receipt of the $50 deposit. Failure to provide the deposit will result in the delay of services.
3. *Service Scope*: Our video marketing services include strategy development, video production, editing, and distribution as agreed upon in your service proposal. Any additional services not outlined in the proposal may incur extra charges.
4. *Payment Terms*: The remaining balance for the project will be determined based on the service proposal and must be paid in full prior to the final delivery of the video content.
5. *Revision Policy*: The initial package includes up to two rounds of revisions. Further revisions may incur additional fees, which will be communicated upfront.
6. *Cancellation Policy*: Cancellations made after the deposit has been paid must be received in writing. While the deposit is non-refundable, we will allow it to be applied to a future project if requested within 30 days of cancellation.
7. *Ownership and Rights*: Upon full payment, you will obtain the rights to the final video content. RogerThat retains the right to use the video in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. *Limitation of Liability*: RogerThat holds no liability for any. Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the produced video content.
